These Terms of Use explain the responsibilities and limits that apply when using Tanzil Video. They do not grant rights in material owned by someone else.
Use material only when you have the required rights
Before using an item, make sure you own it or have the rights or permission your intended use requires. Being able to view or access material does not by itself grant permission to copy, publish, edit, share, or use it commercially.
Your choices remain your responsibility
- Choose only material you are entitled to use.
- Check whether the use you plan requires permission.
- Respect the rights of creators, rights holders, and other people.
- Take responsibility for what you do with the result.
A site option is not permission
An option presented by Tanzil Video does not transfer ownership or authorize reuse. Tanzil Video cannot give permission on behalf of a rights holder, and these terms do not replace any permission you need from the person or entity that owns the material.
Copyright notices follow a separate route
If you are a rights holder and want to report material, follow the instructions on the Copyright Notices page. That page owns the notice requirements and destination; these terms do not serve as a notice form.
